Get back on track my ass.

Today I ate:

  • a bowl (I am so bad a measurements - how DO you do it?) of stir-fried noodles… the stuff my mom makes with the chicken and mushroom and vegetable.
  • 2.5 cups of pomegranate blueberry juice (100 calories per serving - whatever a serving is… I know, I suck. I’m bleeding.)
  • piece of lasagna
  • a chicken cutlet in tomato sauce
  • salad I barely touched
  • bottle of lemon flavored Nestea

Exercise:

  • none

Time To Get Back On Track

Dinner:
1 1/2 slabs of chicken
2 cups of beef curry
2 cups of sticky rice
1/4 piece of lasagna
2 glasses of water

Exercise:
2 hours of scrubbing the ground, vacuuming, rearranging books, and moving furniture on the second floor

Demotivated also...

My Aunt was just telling me to lose weight before Nicaragua… guess I must find the motivation.

Breakfast: Life Cinnamon cereal with fat free milk.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with lettuce and Irish cheese

Snack: Cheese doodles.

Dinner: 2-3 servings of yellow rice, curry and turkey meatballs, Lays’ potato chips, Banana split ice cream, mushroom and broccoli, tangerine.

Yes, dinner is a fail when I watch T.V. Good thing I have no TV on Thursdays and Fridays. :) We should meet tomorrow for a nice run… a real one. I know, wistful thinking.

This weekend is still unsure for me. Parents are going on Saturday but I’m planning on visiting New Paltz this weekend but my Aunt wants to go Saturday. I hope my Aunt doesn’t mind Sunday too much. There’s also English presentation work I need to agree to either Saturday or Sunday. Ugh, now I feel busy. I also really ought to pack my bags for Nicaragua. I might just do that last minute like a shit head.

Bottle of Poland Spring Water
Dinner:
Some Sour Cream & Onion chips w/ 4 crackers. 1/2 a plate of salad, a quarter plate of white rice, and the rest of the plate was pieces of chicken.
Snacks:
3 glasses of water, Orbit Sweet Mint gum, and another handful of chips.

I’m so demotivated right now. I want McDonalds, haha.

Bad Afra

Lunch: Shared a lamb gyro over from Rafiki’s with Andrew. Sipped Sprite.

Dinner: 3 ginger chickens, 1/4 bag of tortilla chips with hot salsa, mushroom and broccoli, 2 tangerines, about 4 cups banana spit flavored ice cream from carton, original Lays’ potato chip, mozzarella cheese balls - can anyone say HUGE dinner?

I’m bleeding. My house sometime this weekend? The both of you - if Fariha ever joins. Family is going to PA.

Lunch: Sweet and sour chicken with fried rice, can of Nestea
Dinner: 1/2 portion of chicken breast, 1 of rice, lentil soup, 1.5 turkey slices, 2 breads, tofu, salad
